A Witch Enraptured (a Sons of Gulielmus story) is back!
Claude’s back!

I think I’ve done the backstory with every other story in this series, so I won’t rehash the bulk of it here.
I will acknowledge that the relaunch of what used to be A Demon Bewitched took a lot longer than I anticipated, which is really saying something. It was the longest Sons of Gulielmus story to begin with by virtue of being the last in the series. It was also a “hinge” book that connected the tiny world of Mortonville to something larger and more planned. That’s basically why all the Desert Guards stories and all the Maria stories saw daylight again before Claude and Gail’s story. I had to smooth out those connections because the Sons of Gulielmus characters don’t disappear. They simply adopt a new vacation spot.
Some differences you may see:
For the most part, A Witch Enraptured is the same story as A Demon Bewitched. The plot is 95% the same, but…
-I freshened up the voice and tone to match the Desert Guards and Maria stories
-I eliminated vagueness regarding characters’… “recreational activities” and personal habits
-I made consent clearer
-I connected some motivational dots that were perfectly loud to me but may not have been to readers who hadn’t read the books out of order
-I shored up the continuity that runs between this story and the final Maria story
-I removed as much insensitive language as I could find (when you know better, you do better)
I didn’t have the guts to compare wordcounts between the two different versions of the story. I know I deleted entire scenes and parts of chapters, but I also did a lot of smoothing and clarifying, so. I’m going to say that the lengths are about the same. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

All of the Sons of Gulielmus, Desert Guards, and Masters of Maria stories are Amazon-only for the moment, which is the only reason this book launched exclusively there. Fingers crossed that by the time I relaunch Mark & Sweetie’s story this fall, you can snap up everything you missed at whatever retailer you prefer.
To answer that FAQ:
Yes. Once all the Sons of Gulielmus stories are back out, I’ll head back to Maria to deal with That Daughter of Someone and That Roving Cat Gang.
